Our fitness suite has a full range of equipment including state-of-the-art Star Trac
cardiovascular and strength fitness machines. There are plasma screens, air conditioning
and even fans on the cardio machines.

For your cardiovascular workouts we offer a wide range of machines including, running
machines, elliptical trainers, step machines, rowing and cardio bikes. Enjoy your work
out more on these machines and watch our wide screen plasma TV's.

The strength equipment covers every muscle group you need to work and offers
options for all requirements. We have a full set of free weights ranging from 1kg to 25kgs
offering suitable dumbbells for all strengths. This area is now much larger and allows swiss
ball and medicine ball work without space restrictions.

Other Exercise and Activities

  With gym growing and becoming ever more popular, we are
introducing more forms of exercise and activities such as
boxing and kick boxing sessions.

There is space in the gym for many exercises, whether you need room for swiss ball work,
core exercises or just stretching.
